1. All Sales Final

All Kaizen Kyoto Capital subscription payments — whether made by card through Whop or by cryptocurrency through NOWPayments — are final and non-refundable. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to digital services and educational materials.

2. Card Payments (Whop)

Card charges are not eligible for refunds, chargebacks through Kaizen Kyoto Capital, or partial credits after payment. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing portal before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not refund amounts already paid.

3. Crypto Payments (NOWPayments)

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. We cannot recall or refund crypto payments after they are processed.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate invoice, wrong amount, or technical fault on our side), contact support@kaizenkyotocapital.com within 7 days with your account email, package name, and payment date. We will review verified billing errors at our sole discretion — this does not constitute a general refund program.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund past charges. Manage cancellation from Dashboard → Subscription. See our Return Policy for details on ending access to the Service.
