When you use Kaizen Kyoto Capital, we collect:

• Account information: name, email address, profile photo (via Google OAuth)
• Billing information: handled entirely by Whop (card payments) or NOWPayments (crypto payments); we only store subscription status and plan identifiers
• Usage data: page views, session duration, feature interactions (for improving the Service)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

3. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and improve the Service
• To manage your account and subscription
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets)
• To respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Whop and NOWPayments, for payment processing and subscription management
• Neon (PostgreSQL), for database hosting
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google OAuth

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account anytime from Dashboard → Settings, or request assistance at privacy@kaizenkyotocapital.com.

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We follow security best practices to protect your data.
